Few things about me

My name is Aneta Piotrowska. I am a pediatric surgeon in Poland.
And I love what I do.

I used to be a patient myself. I was born with congenital malformation. During my childhood and adolescence, I’ve spent many weeks in different hospitals. I remember fear of staying alone and of upcoming pain.
Each child bears those moments differently. Nowadays, a parent can stay with his child in the hospital. It is beautiful because there is nothing more soothing than mothers kiss and fathers support.

My first rule when I attend to my patients and their families is to do my best. There is a saying: "Treat others the way you want to be treated" and I want to do its justice.

I created this website for you. This is my testimony as a patient and as a carrying medical doctor. I hope you will find it helpful.
